Melissa Elias

Mrs. Elias handles a variety of corporate and family-related immigration matters. Mrs. Elias has a broad range of experience in employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, naturalization, and work site compliance. She represents and counsels corporations and individuals on in-bound and out-bound immigration issues. Her practice also involves representing corporate clients and individuals in obtaining immigration assistance and benefits.

Specializing in a vast array of immigration matters, Mrs. Elias further deals with business related visas and residency for the foreign national representing family members of U.S. citizens, permanent residents and asylum seekers. Mrs. Elias also assists clients with denied or revoked Trusted Traveler Program passes such as: Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI, and FAST.
